- listen to your audios daily
- try to include them into your daily routine, for example listen to your "affirmations audio" in the morning when you get ready for work, prepare your breakfast or when you are in your car/bus etc & listen to one of your relaxation audios daily, for example to your "evening relaxation" in bed before you drift off to sleep
- include any other relaxation audios in your week, whenever you want to switch off and relax
(always train your breathing daily too when listening to your audios)
- to reprogram the vision of birth within your sub-conscious mind: when you are relaxed, positive messages are powerfully absorbed by your sub-conscious mind
- the repeated statements (positive affirmations) become a belief over time
- this way you can erase limiting beliefs or any fears
- you train your mind to reach the state of calm - relaxation is a skill and needs trained in order to be able to relax on demand when needed
Well... you don't, if you don't want to. But they can come in handy in order to not forget stuff. Have a look and decide for yourself, if you want to use them.
It can be hard to write your birth preferences, especially when you don't know where to start. You are welcome to use this document guide for your own birth preferences. Write down, what feels most necessary to you and feel free to use my birth plan form and/or wording.
