My Hypnobirthing Courses will teach you not only the physiology of birth but also the psychology of birth. Our body is not only fully designed to grow a baby but to also birth that baby comfortably and efficiently. You will learn, how our mind triggers the production of hormones during labour and how we can work with our mind in order to stay calm, relaxed and positive to let these hormones work most efficient. We will also cover active birth movements for a positive birth at ease.
In combination with that I offer weekly Pregnancy Yoga classes to support Mums-to-be throughout pregnancy by focusing on gentle stretches, breathing techniques, and mindfulness. This practice helps you maintain physical strength, flexibility, and emotional balance as your body undergoes changes. Through Pregnancy Yoga, you can alleviate common pregnancy discomforts, prepare your body for childbirth, and foster a deeper connection with your growing baby. During our practice we also focus on common issues such as backaches, sciatic nerve pains or stomach issues by practicing Asanas to relief discomfort.
In my Mum & Baby Yoga Classes we focus on mum regaining strength and fitness after birth. You will meet other mums and build strong connections. By attending my Postnatal Yoga class you are taking a moment for yourself and first steps towards an important gentle recovery after birth. A proactive self-care is so often overlooked in these first months of motherhood. Mum & Baby Yoga will give you the opportunity to improve your physical and mental wellbeing while spending quality time with your little one.
