Mum & Baby Yoga

Postnatal Yoga exercises give you the time to connect with yourself, your baby and other mums. It gives you energy to meet some of your own, often neglected needs in a baby-friendly supportive environment. Mum & Baby yoga sessions provide an opportunity for you to regain core and pelvic floor strength as well as flexibility in your own body, but also time to bond with your baby while connecting with other mums. Mum & Baby Yoga continues this nurturing practice after birth, offering a wonderful opportunity to bond with your baby while restoring your body post-pregnancy. These sessions incorporate gentle yoga poses for mums, combined with playful, interactive movements for babies. Mum & Baby Yoga not only supports your postpartum recovery but also enhances your baby’s development, creating a space of love, laughter, and relaxation for both of you.

When to start?

After birth, you can join Mum & Baby Yoga once your healthcare provider gives you the green light, usually around 6-8 weeks postpartum. These practices are designed to support you at every stage, from early pregnancy through to motherhood.
