Mum & Baby Yoga

Postnatal Yoga exercises give you the time to connect with yourself, your baby and other mums. It gives you energy to meet some of your own, often neglected needs in a baby-friendly supportive environment. Mum & Baby yoga sessions provide an opportunity for you to regain core and pelvic floor strength as well as flexibility in your own body, but also time to bond with your baby while connecting with other mums.
