One-to-One Hypnobirthing

Prepare for a calm birth in the comfort of your own home.

The one-to-one course will take place in the comfort of your own home at days and times that suits you best. All you need is yourself and your birth partner or a person of trust to do this course with you. The hypnobirthing course will be interactive and engaging while preparing you for a calm and positive birth journey. I teach couples throughout Belfast and surrounding area including Holywood, Bangor, Newtownards, Dundonald, Whiteabby and Lisburn.

4 bespoke sessions in your own home, each session will be around 2-2.5 hrs in length.

This is included:
- 10-12 hrs course held over 4 private sessions
- your own hypnobirthing workbook
- mp3-audios
- ongoing support from when the course is completed until your baby is born
