Preparing for birth via video call means to benefit from the comfort of your own home without loosing any time on the road and without any stress after work or during the weekends. You can have unique sessions with flexible times suiting your schedule. You will be able to train relaxation and breathing techniques for different stages of labour in the comfort of your home environment.

4 sessions, each session will be around 2 hrs in length.

- 8 hrs course held over 4 private sessions remotely
